Shooting from the hip doesn’t allow for perfect framing, and it certainly isn’t consistent in terms of quality - but it does get you a lot closer to your subject without being noticed.

I am interested in all types of photography, but have the greatest gravitation towards street photography. I prefer not to think of it has street photography though. For me, taking photos on the street is documentation. They were there, that happened, and it isn't going to happen again. It is real and raw.
